We're thrilled to announce that Jitbit Helpdesk now integrates with Basecamp! You can send tickets to this project management software with a simple click - as a "todo" entry of a project of your choice. This is the very first version, and we'll introduce more features in the future.
To enable Basecamp-Helpdesk integration follow these steps:
1. Go to "Admin - Integrations"
2. Select "Basecamp"
3. Click "enable" switch and enter your Basecamp account ID, you can get it from your Basecamp URL, it's the ending numbers.
4. You will be taken to Basecamp authentication page, click "Allow"
That's it. Now you can send ticket to Basecamp!
